| 本文根据赤道东太平洋地区大气和海洋的环流特征,提出了一个局域纬向平均的海气耦合的振荡模式。分析表明,由于冷水涌升加大了海洋混合层的热惯性,“云-辐射-海温”反馈能激发出周期为三年左右的海气耦合振荡。在“天气噪声”的随机强迫下,系统具有与实测值符合得较好的功率谱分布。 |

| Abstract: |
| By taking account of the character of the occeanic general circulation in the eastern tropical pacific, a local zonally averaged model for the coupled climatic oscillation of air-sea system is constructed. The frequency analysis shows that the feedback mechanism of 'cloud-radiation-SST can stimulate a kind of oscillation of nearly three-year period,for the thermal inertia of the mixed layer of ocean is enlarged by the upwelling of cold water. Under the stochastic forcing of the 'weather noise', the system can produce the power spectrum of SST that is very close to the observation. |
