| In this paper, from the system of equations describing the symmetric disturbances of the atmosphere in lower latitudes, the condition, of the symmetric instability is derived, and a comparative analysis is made of the characteristics of symme-trie instability of the atmosphere in middle-high and lower latitudes. |
