| 运用GMS红外探测辐射亮温(TBB)资料,计算和分析了1980~2000(缺1995~1996)年热带太平洋中、西部逐月TBB距平场的相对变化,得到了判定厄尔尼诺和拉尼娜出现的门槛值,提出了快捷、客观地监测它们形成、发展及衰亡过程的方法,并且为其预测提供重要线索。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on computing and analysing TBB (Black-Body Temperature) monthly anomalous differences from GMS between Nino-4 (5°S-5O°N,160°E-160°W) and the Western Pacific Ocean (5°S-5°N, 100-160°E) in the period of 1980-2000 (lack of 1995-1996),the technique of monitoring El Nino and La Nina events is presented, which could objectively and quickly detects the different stages in their life time and also provides the important forecasting clues of their initiation, development and weakness. |
